Jennifer has spent the past 20 years training, coaching and managing sales professionals, in a variety of industries, spanning several countries. Her passion for coaching others is what motivated her to leaving the corporate world behind and follow her true path and purpose in life. She joined Leah Turner and co-founded Creating Your Masterpiece in 2007. 

There is one common trait that I have found in all those that have made it to the top of their sales profession – they invest in themselves and strive to understand who they are and maintain a solid balance in their life!

A Florida native, living in Winter Springs with her husband Randy, and two kitty cats (Missy and Sissy Lee), Jennifer enjoys walking, listening to music, going to the movies with her 20 year old son Phillip and hanging out with her gal pals.
