		<description>I&#039;m often so stressed and anxious I forget what is happening around me except for those things that have made me stressed and anxious.  I tend to forget others can be hurt by quick tongue and realize often too late what it was I may have said that caused the problem.  I have tried the breathing, yoga, taking walks and still the anxiety is there.  What can you tell me is the best way I can control these periods of anxiety?</description>
